The service advisor and used car manager was excellent to work with, but they need to replace the service manager. He did not wanna put me in a loaner, kept my vehicle over 4-5 days, and it’s certified. The work with, but they need to replace the service manager. This is not my first run with him, so I think he was being short and nasty with me because of our previous interaction. I want everyone to have a job, but he doesn’t need this one.
