The motor on my front wipers had to be replace. The wait time seemed a little lengthy, but in all honesty, I don't know how involved replacement was. My main concern is that my oil life was showin The wait time seemed a little lengthy, but in all honesty, I don't know how involved replacement was. My main concern is that my oil life was showing in the 30% range and I was unable to have my oil change and tires rotated because the tech said Cadillac requires the oil life percentage to be 20% or below for the service to be covered by Cadillac. My complaint is that live approximately 100+ miles from the dealership and that means I now have to come right back and wait again to have my car serviced. I just think a company should have a little leinacy and consider where the customer lives when enforcing this particular policy. More
