I purchased a new 2010 CTS from Mr. Ron Hinz. Mr. Hinz knows the product he is selling. There was no question I had that he was unable to answer. He guided my wife and me through the entire process, fro knows the product he is selling. There was no question I had that he was unable to answer. In the past, when purchasing vehicles, the overall experience has not been very good for my wife and me. It was a good experience dealing with Mr. Hinz. Mr. Hinz was very friendly and easy to deal with. I had a problem with the shifter after purchasing the CTS and Mr. Craig Florio, Service Consultant, had the propblem taken care of in a short period of time. He explained what was wrong with the car and how long the repair would take. It was repaired the first time and returned when promised. Mr. Florio is very professional, friendly, and an asset to Silver Star Cadillac. I would recommend Mr. Florio to anyone needing service work.
