We had a really unfortunate experience with this dealership. Made an appointment on Monday to test drive a vehicle on the upcoming Saturday. The dealership said their team would have the vehicle re dealership. Made an appointment on Monday to test drive a vehicle on the upcoming Saturday. The dealership said their team would have the vehicle ready for our arrival (unless they sold it before then of course). Received a confirmation text on Friday for our 10am appointment the next day, Saturday. We confirmed. On Saturday morning, received a call from the person with whom we had been messaging all week, and we confirmed again that we would be there. On the way, received a call from another employee confirming we were coming, and we said we were about 10 mins out. When we got there, the car that we had booked an appointment to see and drive was unavailable. Best we could understand was that it was in the shop because a purchaser of another Jeep Grand Cherokee wanted the tires/wheels from the vehicle we had booked, so the car we came to see was not drivable. Both people we talked to that morning could have easily told us the car we were coming to drive was unavailable and saved us a 2 hour wasted trip. It was not a good experience, and I'm not sure I would trust the messages you receive from the dealership. It was disappointing. More
