Wesley made my new vehicle purchase the best ever experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle! I can honestly say that making the trip to this Dealership was worth the time and distance traveled. I know I passed by 8 other Dodge/Ram dealers on my way there. There are probably 15 others dealerships that are closer too. This Dealership had what I wanted in my new Laramie, and they also had the best salesman in the Atlanta Area!! I felt very welcomed and valued by not only Wesley, but also by the other employees that were there Saturday. Everyone was friendly and accommodating! But never pushy or overbearing. The finance manager, David Boles was very nice and professional also. Wesley and David worked well together and found us an Awesome finance rate without having to try 6 or more finance companies trying to do so. I had another Dodge/Ram dealer just the week before work on getting me financed and they sent my application to every finance company they work with, and by doing this my credit score took a hit and dropped by 75 points!! This could really hurt you when trying to finance and get the best rate possible. It almost hurt me to the point that if it turned out much worse my car note could have been unaffordable! I am very thankful for Wesley's professionalism and friendliness . I was impressed by everyone's friendliness and kindness. They were all very accommodating and kind. I will be recommending Wesley and Douglas County Ram, Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep to everyone I know. I also believe that Wesley is the best salesman in the entire Metro Atlanta Area. I hope if your reading this to find a great Dealer with Great Personal you’ll listen to what I've said and try them out, they are as good as I say if not actually better!! Over the past few months, I have been researching and looking for a used Lexus RX350. Almost 2 weeks ago, while driving to the airport I spotted one on the Douglas County Dodge lot that was exactly what looking for a used Lexus RX350. I thought this was too good to be true, so I just let it go until we got home from our trip a few days later. I got on their website the next week and sure enough it was still there, so I decided I at least need to go look at this. We are great friends with the Barretts and the Morgans, so we called and asked when could we come look at the car. We arrived and met David Crawford or "Pittsburgh!", our salesman. I am just out of college and purchasing my own car, so one can imagine how scary that might be, but David handled everything perfect! He was always so enthusiastic and excited about the car and me buying it. He explained the whole process very well and worked hard and quickly to add a few finishing touches to the car. AND on top of everything he was fun to work with!! You just can't beat that! The whole process was a great learning experience, and I can honestly say that I will never buy a car from anywhere else! I was nervous going to the dealership due to past credit issues, but the moment I stepped out of my vehicle I was met by Wesley who immediately made me feel at ease. Surprisingly I was approved for a 2013 vehicle when I thought I would barely be approved for a used vehicle. I got a very nice vehicle with rebates, a very good interest rate, considering my past credit history, and this was all done so fast I couldn't believe it. I dreaded having to go to the dealership, as it has been over 10 years since I purchased a new vehicle but the customer service that I received from Wesley has me telling all my family and friends if they are looking for a vehicle they have to go to Douglas County and ask for Wesley!. I will continue to tell any and everybody about my wonderful experience. More

My husband and I went to Douglas County Dodge Dealership just to view a more spacious used vehicle. Moreover, after further speaking with Joe he suggested that we consider looking for a New vehicle and shared the rebates that may be offered to us. My husband and I talked and said, "lets see what we can qualify for." While we waited patiently, Joe offered us a bottle of water, popcorn, and thanked us for our patient. Shortly after Joe introduce us to the finance expert name Dave to discuss numbers. Dave was thorough and informative about the warranties, our contract, and no down payment. My husband and I were enthusiastic about being able to purchase a brand new car. We have never bought a brand new car before and it definitely felt great! We traded in our dodge challenger and upgraded to a 2013 Dodge Charger. We now have plenty of room for our family of four.
