My husband and I went to Douglas County Dodge Dealership just to view a more spacious used vehicle. However, when we got there the salesman name Joe gave us a warm greeting and express his expertise on how just to view a more spacious used vehicle. Moreover, after further speaking with Joe he suggested that we consider looking for a New vehicle and shared the rebates that may be offered to us. My husband and I talked and said, "lets see what we can qualify for." While we waited patiently, Joe offered us a bottle of water, popcorn, and thanked us for our patient. Shortly after Joe introduce us to the finance expert name Dave to discuss numbers. Dave was thorough and informative about the warranties, our contract, and no down payment. My husband and I were enthusiastic about being able to purchase a brand new car. We have never bought a brand new car before and it definitely felt great! We traded in our dodge challenger and upgraded to a 2013 Dodge Charger. We now have plenty of room for our family of four. I must say the overall experience at the Douglas County Dodge Dealership was amazing!!! The staff were professional, patient, and they really wanted to help us get a new car. Joe was friendly and easy to work with, and really help me to get the price I wanted. The finance manager was very nice as well as we filled out the paperwork, even though I paid cash. Although he wasn't outright rude he was not very friendly and acted like it was the worst thing in the world that I wanted a better price. Would not even say hello when I came back to pick up the truck. Not really how I would expect a sales manager to act. But as I said overall it was a nice and easy experience and Joe was great to work with, and I would recommend him and the dealership to others. More

I had a great experience. My last automobile was a Jeep; so I was pretty familiar with the brand. I'd been shopping around for seveal months and had a good idea of what I wanted. This guy was so awesome, he was very patient, showed me all the car's features...he kept referring to the car as "MY CAR". I wasn't quite sure that it was going to be MY CAR...at least that day...but his technique and salesmenship combined with the right price made it almost impossible to leave without "MY CAR"! More

My experience at this dealership was awesome! All of the staff were friendly however I want to focus primarily on my sales guy "Damion Franklin"! Stay away- inefficient and not truthful. Nothing but runaround. Went twice planning to buy-left both times with promise of an email offer that I never got from them. They will waste your time and cost you money you don't need to pay if you aren't very careful. I left there and went to Another dealer and closed the deal for my price in about an hour. Last trip to Douglas county dodge-the owner needs to really see how his staff operates at this location. More
