I would NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from this place again. I was told they could beat another dealers offer so I showed up on Saturday to purchase my car. After being there for over an hour they gave m again. I was told they could beat another dealers offer so I showed up on Saturday to purchase my car. After being there for over an hour they gave me an offer, which was more than they said they could do. By this time it was too late to go anywhere else. Once we started signing the papers I was told my car wasn't there and I would not get it until Monday. They did give me a loaner car but it was filthy and had not been cleaned after the last users. I get a phone call on Monday saying I wont get my new car until Tuesday. Come Tuesday I have them deliver it to my job and the sales guy lied and told me my tag was in the car. Once he leaves i find out he left it at the dealership so they said they would mail it next day, which did not happen. They sent standard mail to my boyfriends house 2 hours away. Once i receive the tag and put it on my car I notice 4 very deep scratches under their dealership sticker...they were hopping I would never see it. It was oblivious they tried to peel off the other dealers stick but tried to hide it by putting theirs over the scratches. I called and they asked that i bring in the car, which we did on Tuesday then we were told they can not fix it until Thursday. So I just put 200 mile on my car for no reason. I brought the car back to them on Thursday but when I picked it up i noticed the original scratches were still visible and a few more that were not there before and the paint job was awful. Then i notice they had put 3 scratches on my door handle that were not there prior and no paper floor mats were put down so my mats in the car were dirty. they did agree to fix it the paint job.....again but I refused to leave them my car so I asked that they order the bumper and have it painted prior to my arrival. They said it would be ready Thursday but then Thursday turns into Monday. I explained to them I live over an hour away so I cant be there until I get off work at 5pm. they told me no I either show up before they leave at 5:30 or they cant help me. They wouldn't take my calls after i told them no it would be 7pm. I am still waiting for my bumper to be replaced so hopefully come Monday I can get my new bumper and NEVER have anything to do with these people again..they did call my boyfriend and tell him they will have someone there at 7pm to put on my new bumper. More

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. We took the truck in and asked for a repair. They called the next day and said it needed something besides what we asked for (tps sensor and throttle body clean) truck in and asked for a repair. They called the next day and said it needed something besides what we asked for (tps sensor and throttle body clean) we ok'd repairs. They called and said it needed intake gasket. We wanted trans fixed first then we would worry about that. Manager said they couldn't do that that I had to fix that first. Then I questioned why the tps sensor or the intake would affect trans (sorry I need to know why I need something, how it works). Then said I was already paying for one repair that didn't fix it and didn't want to pay for a second repair that doesn't fix the issue. The service manager said he should have know this was gonna happen that I should just pick up the truck he wasn't getting farther into it when I just wanted stuff for free. I told manager I had no issue with paying for something I told them to do but that I didn't want to do the intake if it was going to take to much for the trans repair. Then I found out they hadn't even done a test drive since replacing tps. I asked them to test drive to see if that fixed it so the next day they did. The manager said it was working fine and asked if I wanted to continue with trans diag. (He previously told me it was impossible to diag trans with vacuum leak from intake) so I said well you just told me yesterday you couldn't diag it? So he said you know what just come pick up the truck. I don't want your money and we can call it quits. I didn't want to argue so I got the truck. GUESS WHAT! Now my check engine light is on with a code for the tps.... Did NOT have a code when I took it in. Highly disappointed I just wanted my truck fixed!!!! More
