Everyone was pleasant and informed, kept me up to date with the progress of financing and at what point we were at during the deal. The showroom is clean , the bathrooms were clean. I went in to have a diagnostic done and they were a total rip off. They fixed what they wanted to fix. They didn't even check what I asked them to. After feeling beaten down and really just wanting to forget buying a new car all together, I found Douglas County Dodge on Autotrader. The price for the new Dodge Nitro advertised was about $1,000 below any other Nitro on Autotrader. We called and spoke with Lillie, then went to see the car. We decided we liked it and wanted it - the process was sooo easy! Lillie didn't try to confuse us with that whole numbers game, she was straight forward, and completely honest (not to mention very, very nice!). We left there feeling so good, and for once, NOT feeling like we got taken. We were so happy with Douglas County Dodge that a week later, we decided to trade in our other car and buy a Jeep Liberty as well. Every time we drive up to the dealership, the salespeople outside are just so friendly, they make you feel like you are part of their family and the best part is that they remember who you are!! Lillie and Steve were of course, great again with this purchase. Same scenario - no numbers games, lying, pushing, JUST honesty and friendliness! Gary, the finance manager, pulled some strings for us on this one and saved us some money as well! I just can't stress enough how wonderful everyone at this dealership is! I have dealt with Douglas County Dodge on numerous occasions and I have been happy with their quality of work every time. The staff is not only friendly but helpful as well. I have a Jeep Wrangler and I do a lot of driving, I commute to Atlanta and Decatur almost daily. So needless to say they do a lot of oil changes, put on tires a couple times as well, and a 30,000 mile service. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but typically if you make an appointment they try to get you in and out. I am a student so I just hangout and do homework in the meantime. When it comes to their prices they do the best they can and work with you as much as possible. More

We scheduled a routine check-up and paid the price. The suggestions of >$700 of brake repair was made. A second opinion visit to another national repair chain revealed the quote was $400 too much. We have been told that for the $715.06 tune-up fee we got about $400 worth of parts and labor. The last time we had work there the technicians damaged the car. (Most recently the door panel was broken when the window was repaired.) I can never recommend DCD for even an oil change! More
