I visited this dealership on September 3,2011 in the market to purchase a vehicle and from start to finish my service was handled great by Charice. I had been working with Charice for about 6 months te market to purchase a vehicle and from start to finish my service was handled great by Charice. I had been working with Charice for about 6 months telling her my needs and wants for the car that I desired and she assured me that she would be able to help. I trusted Charice because she has been in the business for over 8 years and is very knowledgeable. Charice was always pleasant and greeted me a smile and great customer service every time we communicated with each other. As soon as the car I wanted came in, she contacted me and provided me with all the information I needed and wanted to know. She truly got me the best deal and I felt like she was not trying to just get a "sale" or make money off of me. She kept my best interest in mine.
