The salesmen Mr. Ifeanyi does not understand customer service even if it hit him in the face. The guy acts like a loose cannon and will not respond to you once the deal is done. His manager Mr. Robert Vega does not keep tabs on people who report to him and allows customers to be treated like xxxx. The management team looks at nothing other than bottom-line and of course, they will not release vehicles to you till THEY HAVE FUNDS from your bank. It does not matter to them whether you have put your down payment and that their finance person has it confirmed with Bank of America that funds were good. So god forbid, you are trying to buy a vehicle from out of state and have the misfortune of liking a vehicle in their lot, JUST PLEASE BACK OUT and take your business elsewhere. The only person at their operation who even has a semblance of customer service is Mr. Eddie Martinez who got involved and helped me sort out this mess. Kudos to the dude. More

My husband took me to the dealership to look at a new vehicle we were going to a different Kia dealership at first but the sales person was rude and not knowing very much about rebates or vehicle informa vehicle we were going to a different Kia dealership at first but the sales person was rude and not knowing very much about rebates or vehicle information so we stopped at calavan Kia and we had a great experience with our sales person Steve. Also the sales manager George was great. We bought a Kia Soul and a week later bought a k5 in a month we ended up buying 3 vehicles from Steve. We truly felt like we were family and not a customer the owner/general manager was on the floor interacting with the customers. It is a great atmosphere and we will continue to buy from this dealership..Carl in finance was very soft spoken and honest which is hard to find now days More

This dealership is terrible the manger name Quincy is very unprofessional they charged me $125.00 to diagnose my car and they misdiagnosed it. THE WORST - DO NOT Take your vehicle there for service. I had to have my vehicle towed to the closest dealership. Worst mistake of my life. Two days later and they will not speak to me about my car. I was to had to have my vehicle towed to the closest dealership. Worst mistake of my life. Two days later and they will not speak to me about my car. I was told "we are writing up the cost." Now silence. When they answer the phone the women are rude and put out. The manager is "in a meeting." My service person is "with customers" going on 3 hours now. I was basically told you aren't our only customer. I am having my vehicle towed back out of there ASAP. Kia should be embarrassed. I wish there was a zero too. More
This dealership is the WORSE‼️ This place replaced my engine. They recommended new windshield wipers. Which I turned down. I picked up my car on Thursday night. The passenger side floor of the car had mo engine. They recommended new windshield wipers. Which I turned down. I picked up my car on Thursday night. The passenger side floor of the car had mold in it. They cleaned it supposedly. Sunday morning my car started to have a squealing noise. Oh and let's not forget my passenger side floors were still wet. My spouse took the car in on Monday. After waiting for three hours. They told him that the drivers belt was messed up when they put it back on my car. I'm no mechanic but isn't that something I should've known prior to them fixing my car. You know how they recommended some windshield wipers. Quincy Mosley the service manager is RUDE‼️ and definitely on a POWER TRIP. Corporate approved to have the belt replaced on my car and he tells me that he doesn't have to listen to corporate. He's the boss and what he says goes. I told him that corporate sent him an email. He told me he isn't going to check his email and that corporate doesn't tell him what to do and he doesn't like they way they provide payment. And because of that I can tell my boyfriend to get my car off his lot and never come back again. My boyfriend has taken 2 days off to get this handled and nothing still haven't been done about. I'M BEYOND PISSED AND NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH KIA AGAIN BECAUSE OF IT‼️ THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I've also attached the email I received confirming my appointment from Quincy Mosley. More
