All my questions were answered and the cars were priced to sell. If I may offer one suggestion, it is that the parking lot for customers needs more space as it sometimes gets rather congested and as your reputation continues to grow there will probably be even more customers! They promised to send a check for $500 but sent only $22. Yes, that's right $22. Supposedly they sell the most "M"'s in the nation. I hope that they don't otherwise M owners would buy a great car from such a shady dealership. Next time they'll probably sell you an air freshener at cost for "$600," but there's no way you can take it off because it comes with the car. More

When two authorized BMW dealerships confirmed the car had been repainted I called California Beemers to speak to Frank and I never received a call back. I decided to swing by and talk to Frank in person. He swore the car had a clean title and was never repainted or in an accident. We all know when you pay for repairs out of pocket and not through insurance you can keep it off carfax to resell and fool people into buying a damaged car. He told me when I got the car detailed they must have taken off the clear coat and it wasn't his problem. After BMW showing me the signs the car was clearly repainted. California beemers get's the left over BMW's from auction the dealerships won't certify as "pre owned" unless you're going to haggle them down 5-10k from their asking price for the money you will have to come up with to fix what they hid from you, you're better off buying a certified pre-owned BMW from the dealership that will guarantee their cars. Frank wheels and deals you and once you drive off that lot it's now your problem and not theirs. It's really unfortunate because I will never buy another BMW. And it's not because of BMW it's because of the miserable experience I had a California beemers. I tried to take the car back to them to figure out what they could do for me and they wanted no part of helping someone that just spent 36k with them. So consider this when you're in the market for a new car and ask yourself if this is the experience you're seeking. Do yourself a favor and buy direct from a authorized BMW dealership not some second hand car lot that is all smoke and mirrors. There's a reason those BMW's are not at the dealership. BMW won't certify them therefore they will eventually have issues. More

He just jet me decide for myself and answered all my questions along the way. This was buy far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The faculty is really nice, clean and very comfortable. I have to totally disagree with the previous review about frank..Frank was great! He did everything he could to help get me a great interest rate and great payment. I think we can all agree that with anything we can't always make 100% of the people we come in contact with happy 100% of the time. Take it from a sceptical guy who is cautious of everyone!! California beemers And its staff are top notch awesome people. The cars are amazing, well taken care of and look beautiful. I took my car right to a BMW dealership for a full inspection and it had zero issues And they said it was pristine! If you're looking for a great car at a great price from awesome no pressure people, you need to go here first. It doesn't hurt to just check them out and see for yourself. 5 star across the board. Frank in Financing is Shady and will lie to your face! I drove up from San Diego to buy a car that I had seen online Oct Friday Oct 27! Typical used car tricks and It's really too bad because I would have referred many people to them! Financing I had my own financing and he couldn't beat the rate! He said no problem just bring a check in the next 5 days from my bank! He would set up financing just in case it fell through, ok no problem! I wrote a check for a portion of the purchase! Monday Oct 30 I went to my bank to get the check, they gave me a temp and said I needed to get prof of registration! They called Nick the other guy in finance and said ok no problem! I drove back up to Ca Beemer from SD. When I got there Frank tells me he can't p ivied proof of registration and it takes 10 days! He tells me I guess you will just have to go with our financing because have close the books for the month! I get my banker on the phone with him she tells him about the conversation w nick and has had many customers buy from CA Beemer and its never been a problem in the past? He explains he is the boss not nick and he makes the decisions, he is closing the books out! Frank could have honest on Friday the 27 that he wouldn't be able to get proof of registration but he wanted the sale and the $ from selling me the loan. To top it off he tells me to just re-finance with my bank! Shady Franky Strikes! Window Tenting I wanted my windows tented and was told $200! I asked if I could get it done that day Frank responded yes, have Josh call the guy when we are done, ok cool! When I go to sign now the price is $300. I asked Frank about it and his response is "I can't do anything about it that is what he charges, lie because I asked the guy doing it what he charges! Then I go to get Josh to call, which he does but the guy only comes in on Wed! I asked Shady Franky if I could get me $300 back and I will just get it tented in SD and save myself the drive back up, his response sorry already paid the guy! Really are you kidding me xxx! Shady Franky Strikes again for $100! BMW InTouch -Shady Franky tells me it usually costs roughly $800 but he will give for free and I will get a discount on my car insurance! Ok sounds great! The actual cost is only $350 and he is charging me close to $800. Then I go to sign and the cost for InTouch is in contract so he can get paid $450! I ask him about it and his response is it's free I am waiving dealership costs which didn't translate any on paper cause I was still paying xx dealership costs! Shady Franky Strikes again! It's really a shame that Frank feels the need to lie to nickel and dime customers when it was such a great buying experience! Too bad! I refinanced my loan just out of spite even though it cost me! So many lies I'm just hoping the didn't buy a car that had been in an accident and they fixed it without reporting it to Carfax! If the law wasn't on their side I would have returned the car! More

Understanding that I made the mistake of trusting this dealership when they stated that the car was in perfect "certified pre-owned" condition with no damages what so ever. The alignment was off on all four corners, paperwork to prove that and there are dents in the hood of the car. Upon discovery of these things I made every attempt to discuss this with the OWNER of CA Beemers and not only was he rude and not sympathetic at all, he was only worried about the money he was or was not making. I feel that this was the worst car buying experience ever. The staff at CA Beemers are unprofessional, rude, and they lack the skill of communication. Since buying this vehicle I have had to purchase two new tires for $850.00 and had to have a wheel alignment at $109.00. Mike A owner and Frank internet salesman agreed to send a check in the amount of $100.00 ans still have not received it. I feel that this is unacceptable however what choice do I have at this point.
