Update: I reached out to them and they asked me to send the car back to the dealership so they can inspect it. Once there they took about 6 hours to inspect the car. Once i got the car they told me to reach out to Kevin. Anyways it’s been 3 weeks now and kevin is ignoring my calls and emails. I assume once they realize that the car engine was truly bad they just decided to ignore me. Also I notice they get sue very commonly. Don’t buy here Something I saw 100% of there cars they sell have 0 warranty and sold as is, if you go on the side of their lot you’ll see so many cars with broken bumper they look like auction cars they are fixing the visual damages and selling you a messed up car. If you go inside the dealership you’ll see a Lexus, if you open the hood you’ll see they spray it down with oil to try to make the plastic look new. Money grab dealership. Bought a used car with 35K miles, car fax history was great, car looked okay. But what happen? Why 1 star? Well after 3 months of owning the car, coolant started to leak into the engine, its having rough start up, and exhaust is blowing white smoke and smells sweet. Oil is also being deprived the coolant and oil hasn’t leaked which tells me there’s 2 leaks. They got me good and they scammed me really well, they don’t want to help at all, I recommend buying a car from a trustworthy dealership. I hope this is the review that is able to save you from making the same mistake I did. The reviews with 5 stars are all scams, they told me to give this dealership online 5Stars for a full tank of gas. All imm say is stay away from this place most of their cars are out of states as well. Shady place. More

I got there and vehicle was at their body shop getting work done because pieces of the front bumper were not on properly. The truck bed completely scratched I asked for it to be fixed if possible they declined.I didn't get to see the vehicle until 1pm that's a 4 hour wait time! . I didn't want their pre installed 3 thousand dollar "optional" anti theft system. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Made me wait 4 hours for them to be absolutely rude and not work on the price at all specially with "optional" equipment More

Surprisingly terrible service and communication! I purchased a Ford F-350 in an all cash deal on October 20, 2025. The truck needed a few things fixed like new tires, a passenger mirror, replace the I purchased a Ford F-350 in an all cash deal on October 20, 2025. The truck needed a few things fixed like new tires, a passenger mirror, replace the spare tire, and correct the transfer case seal: all of which a DUE BILL was generated. Three weeks later the truck was delivered to me with old cracked tires, no work on the transfer seal, and without a fixed mirror. I refused delivery. After another week, I received the truck with new tires and the transfer case seal was corrected, however still no mirror. The dealer has all sorts of excuses, but it came down to the fact that the mirror is expensive and they wanted to find a cheap way out of their obligation. It was only after I opened a BBB complaint and sent a demand letter to corporate that the mirror was delivered to me so I could install it myself. In the process of installation, I discovered that when they previously installed an incorrect mirror, they left off some of the mounting hardware when they reinstalled the broken mirror. I made at least 50 phone calls to get these problems corrected. Very few calls were returned, and many calls were simply disconnected by people at the dealership. I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is. They exhibit contempt for their customer, it is not just negligence. More

I absolutely had probably one of the worst situations anyone could present to a dealership. Joel was so attentive and professional and didn't write us off because our situation wasn't ideal.
