Horrible customer and salesman service. Was advertised for one price and when we went to test drive it was a different price. Got it lowered and there were a few things that needed fixed Was advertised for one price and when we went to test drive it was a different price. Got it lowered and there were a few things that needed fixed (broken mirror, tire pressure light). When we test drove it we were only given the keys not the fobs. Finally went to pick up car after having the paperwork delayed and none of the repairs were done. The fobs didn't work and obviously we didnt know because they werent provided to us during the test drive. Have gone back and forth with the salesman and manager with no success. Finally have a service appt scheduled but was told that the tire pressure light will not be addressed since it is not a "safety issue". I have boughten multiple cars in the past and never have I had such bad customer service. Very disappointed and very upset that they have not followed through on what was promised. More
