We ended up doing a fair amount of negotiating, which was a bit of a surprise on a car that had a posted internet sales price. In the end, we were able to reach an agreement (and I would have been willing to walk away if it wasn't!). More

Car didn’t even make it 2weeks after purchase My wife REALLY wanted a Subaru Forester XT. She found one here at Camelback Subaru/Mazda/Volkswagen but unfortunately 2weeks after driving it locally My wife REALLY wanted a Subaru Forester XT. She found one here at Camelback Subaru/Mazda/Volkswagen but unfortunately 2weeks after driving it locally nothing crazy only went through 1tank of gas haven’t even filled it for a second time yet, the car through a CHECK ENGINE CODE for three(3) items and ALL said “STORED” which means they were already there logged in the brain of the computer and they just erased them so the light would clear and they could make a sale. 🤯 After this issue came about we called the STEALERSHIP and they said “THERE’S NOTHING IN THIER POWER THEY CAN DO TO HELP, AND THAT WE HAD TO HANDLE IT OURSELVES” I will be taking it across town to another mechanic for full repair cost and needs. I do know from reading the codes it will need a few items replaced and costs will most likely be in the ball park of $800-$1300. I am ashamed to say it but I’ve had better luck and bought more reliable cars from CRAIGSLIST 🤭 and I think that’s sad seeing a major dealership robbing people and taking advantage of customers the way they stooped us.... 🤬 More

Lenny and Elisha were also very accommodating and patient since we had our 11 month son with us. My only compliant is that it feels like an old school buying experience ("Let me talk to my manager I'll see what we can do"). That still seems pretty standard in new car buying. Also I don't feel like we got any kind of sale/discount/event price. This was a redeeming experience for me at Camelback. I would recommend and continue to lease with them. More
