low key, attentive, friendly Really had a pleasant visit that felt more like we were dealing with friends at a barbecue instead of your typical sales reps., etc. at a car lot. Our young sales rep Max A. was one of the best sales people I have ever had in twenty years of buying cars. He had a soft demeanor but was very knowledgeable. He didn't push us needlessly to certain vehicles that I was not interested in. EXCELLENT LISTENER (which speaking from over 25 years of sales myself) is a very rare trait now in a sales person. Never saw him check a cell phone once in the two hours we were together even though it was getting late on a Friday night. Thomas S. the Sales Manager was very friendly and professionally handled some difficult questions. Elisha T. in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and, again, soft spoken. I have been at other dealerships. Can't say anyone has ever been unfriendly, but this group just seemed to be more natural at sales and customer service. Highly recommended. Paul E. and Family More

This was the most comfortable car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Car buying for us is normally a very stressful experience, but not with Kris P. & Max A. They honored their advertisemen my wife and I have ever had. Car buying for us is normally a very stressful experience, but not with Kris P. & Max A. Waste of my time I had an appointment at 8am for the airbag recall. When i checked in they confirmed that my appointment was for the airbag, so i went and sat down. TW I had an appointment at 8am for the airbag recall. When i checked in they confirmed that my appointment was for the airbag, so i went and sat down. TWO HOURS later, they call me to the counter to let me know they couldn't work on my car because they don't have the part they need. Really not sure why i had to wait for two hours when my car wasn't even being worked on. Such a waste of time, and now I still have to go back because I need this taken care of. I will be making an appointment at a different location. More
