I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and haggle-free the process was. I was use to my previous experience (at another dealerships, to remain nameless). Which was an all day affair of going back and forth with negotiations. This was the opposite experience I had at Subaru last month.. They start low and are more transparent with their line items, so it cut the time in half. I would like to especially recognize both Elisha Trujillo (in Sales/Finance) and Grant (in Service Dept) for high-level service . They were both amazing! I am now thinking I will buy my next car there! More

Customer comes first at Camelback VW! I’ve had 4 VW’s now, so you can say that I’m a fan! This is my 2nd lease from Michael Cray at Camelback VW. This guy is cool, down to earth and shoots I’ve had 4 VW’s now, so you can say that I’m a fan! This is my 2nd lease from Michael Cray at Camelback VW. This guy is cool, down to earth and shoots it straight! I’ve been driving a GLI for the last 6 years and was so bummed to learn VW isn’t making them anymore at this time, but then I saw the Passat GT and I can honestly say it was love at first sight. This car is incredible but what made the entire experience even more special was the customer service I received at Camelback VW and from Michael Cray. They did everything in their power to make me happy and have succeeded my expectations by far! I will be back once this lease is up... thanks again, guys! More

After two trips to the dealer to sort this out, Grant in the Service area offered to stop by my house on his way home from work to install the correct part instead of me having to chance another road trip to the dealer with a busted taillight -- and a possible ticket. New part works and looks great. I'm very pleased with the spirit and service of Camelback Subaru. This place is the best. More
