Best experiance ever. Thjs dealership was the easiest one to work with honestly. They actually listen to your budget and needs and have met them endlessly!!! They work hard for you!!!! I have a difficult financial situation and some challenging requirements and difficult demands for purchasing a car. Most dealerships give up quick. This dealership in particular my salesman Carter, worked all day with me, making sure I had the right car at a price my family could afford. The people in finance worked extra hard to get me the deal I needed. I really feel that everyone there worked really hard for me today. My sales guy Carter made sure me and the kids did not have to spend all day walking in the heat and gave them plenty of food and drinks. He listened to me and what I wanted and he spent his time running around the lot and pulling cars up front for me to look at so I didn't have to walk all over with the kids, that's service people. Certified with TrueCar but won't honor offers Unethical. They don't honor truecar offers. I liked a car I saw at their dealership with the excessive Zaktek fees so i decided to go through truecar. Unethical. They don't honor truecar offers. I liked a car I saw at their dealership with the excessive Zaktek fees so i decided to go through truecar.com and avoid the crazy negotiations. This dealer is a certified truecar dealership and they're supposed to honor the offers made through this method. I got the real cost of the car (3k less) and then received the offer letter from the dealership. I emailed them and they confirmed is the same VIN, same car I looked at. I booked the appt to finish the sale, and they called to let me know that they can't use the offer letter because this car has additional 'features' and their website is incorrect. The sales person wanted to negotiate the price. What is the point of truecar then? It's supposed to be a hassle free buying experience. The Camelback added package is just a rip-off and a way to make you think you got a good deal, when you're just paying MSRP price. More

I have purchased lost of cars through the years and this is the first time that I experienced a caring and instructive car buying 'adventure'. It was fun and, like Karl stated when he met us at the car lot, I really did enjoy it. Surprisingly, it did not take very long at all to get the car my daughter needed for her first car out of high school. I am confident that the Subaru Crosstrek will last her for many years. I highly recommend Karl S. at the Camelback Used Cars Superstore for your car-buying activities and the manager, Dave, was awesome, too. More
