Dealership tries to pressure her into signing a contract for the same car for 19k at 14% interest ( we qualified at our bank for less than 3% ). After haggling back and forth, sales manager comes over and tries to use the "badger the dumb girl until she caves" approach. Fortunately my wife is smarter than they are and sees through the games. Thanks for wasting everyone's time. Purchased a car from a competing vw dealership at 2.9% and no hidden costs or bs fees tonight. More

good things come to those who wait I made the mistake of going to another SUbaru dealership first and it almost turned me off of getting a new vehicle. But since I had driven over 3 hou I made the mistake of going to another SUbaru dealership first and it almost turned me off of getting a new vehicle. But since I had driven over 3 hours to get here I decided to give another dealership a chance...and thank God i did!! Dakota Gooch is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. There was no lying, deceiving, empty promises, bait and switch tactics...NO xxxxxxxx. He was my angel today on a day where I dealt with devils.... Camelback is the place to go. It was the best experience ever. And when you get to the financing part, and you meet Joseph Nieves, don't panic and think that he is going to throw numbers and hogwash and lksjdflklkasdh;fhsdk at you! He explains everything; it's black and white; no grey. He is to the point and when he tells you he is going to try and save you money HE IS NOT KIDDING!!! their motto is all about 'what's best for the customer' and they are not kidding one bit! my experience today was awesome and I will DEFINATELY be back and deal with only them...and remember...I HAVE TO DRIVE OVER 3 HOURS TO SEE THEM, so you KNOW they gotta be something special!!!! Bait and Switch - Used car SCAM I have been searching for the right car for a while, and finally found what I was looking for on the Camelback Subaru website, Certified Pre-Owned WRX I have been searching for the right car for a while, and finally found what I was looking for on the Camelback Subaru website, Certified Pre-Owned WRX Hatchback. Nice! I called to confirm car was on site, 7/25, evening, and scheduled a test drive. Next day I received 2 more calls from this dealer, confirming that I wanted to go see this car. I said yes again, and verified my test drive window that afternoon. Cutting to the chase, When I arrived a few hours later, I went through all finance paperwork with the rep, all good. Then they test drove my trade in. OK. Then 45 minutes into this, we went out to the lot, and they proceeded to try and sell me a random base impreza, completely like this was ok. The WRX I wanted was gone. It was sold before I even called the first time. So, they said sure, come on down, got to joyride my vehicle, and then informed me that the whole reason I made the trip was an illusion. AS of 7/26, 700pm, this vehicle is still being advertised for sale on the website. This is not a website error, or a timing error, this is a bait and switch scam by an extremely shady dealer. You have been warned. More
Positive Experience with Camelback Subaru We just bought a new 2017 Outback Limited from Camelback Subaru. We had done our research and knew what we wanted and our salesman, Kevin delivered. T We just bought a new 2017 Outback Limited from Camelback Subaru. We had done our research and knew what we wanted and our salesman, Kevin delivered. There was no-pressure, and didn't feel rushed during test drives or when purchasing. We ordered the car after test-driving a 2016 with all our desired specifications except that we wanted a different exterior and interior color so we opted to order the care and we were pleasantly surprised when Kevin called and let us know that the car was delivered and ready a week earlier than promised. The dealership made the process easy with quick and clear, straightforward communication. Our final price was exactly as negotiated (with no last-minute surprises). We found all the staff to be professional and polite. More

Great purchase experience at Camelback Subaru My overall car buying experience at Camelback Subaru was great, First of all, I did my homework ahead of time. Several weeks of car comparison using My overall car buying experience at Camelback Subaru was great, First of all, I did my homework ahead of time. Several weeks of car comparison using online data transferred into an Excel spreadsheet hard copies laid out in front of me, helped through process of eliminations. Subaru was always consistent with my minimum and desired requirements. My salesperson, Snezana Kojic, who is very nice, lovely, attentive and informative along with the assistance of Thomas Darby, tested the 2016 Forester 2.0 XT. I highly recommend Snezana for making me decide to purchase from Camelback Subaru. Alexander Aaslid, from Finance, very knowledgeable and good guy, gave me the best deal. The day of purchase, Snezana even brought me a cold raspberry lemonade. Most places just offered water. To me, that is extra customer service. I felt relax and eased. She deserved credit on purchased. John Hickey, floor manager, was over all a good man. Before leaving the dealership, we discovered a gash on leather driver seat. John immediately took care of it by ordering a replacement. Kyle, from Service Dept., even called me on status of replacement seat after arriving home. I recommend Camelback Subaru to my friends and co-workers. Ask for Snezana, Sales consultant. More
Sour Taste Jennifer A. This is a review for Camelback Mazda Jeep and Subaru. Let me start off by saying I rarely have anything negative to say when it comes t Jennifer A. This is a review for Camelback Mazda Jeep and Subaru. Let me start off by saying I rarely have anything negative to say when it comes to the service industry, working with the public is difficult at best. But my experience in my 30+ years of purchasing cars was unacceptable from a customer point of view. It started when we were latched onto by two to three salesman who would not give us a minute to converse, we even walked off property and they still followed us. Then got the 4 square experience at the negotiation table, (look up 4 square under car salesman tactics and you'll understand), the windshield price of the car was $17,495.00, by the time they got through adding dealer incentives, ex. ZakTek the price was $1000 more than the original sticker, and that is after they say they discounted the vehicle $2200. So you then have a $18,495 vehicle that you still have to add tax, title and doc to. We left the dealership Monday the 13th of June, with our car, on Wednesday they called and said they had (4) approvals from the bank and we needed to come in and finalize paperwork, (did all that at 10:30PM on Monday night). We called back 5 times the next two days, couldn't get any return calls. Fast forward to yesterday, the 21st, finally got a hold of Trinity in finance, oh yes come down today and I will meet you on the used car side, (my car is parked there), we arrive at 6:30PM, we are told she is at the other building, Ok, no big deal. We go over, nope you need to go back to used car side across the street and talk to the sales manager, no sign of Trinity, no call, no sorry for the confusion, nothing. Sales manager informs us that the interest rate has gone up 6 points, which of course jumps your payment. Revert back to earlier, we had (4) approvals, ???????. As much as I wanted to walk out I liked and needed a second vehicle, still do. We got within $750 of making a deal and were told that basically we don't need your business that bad, leave the car. At this point we have to call and get a ride, no empathy, no remorse, no nothing from anybody at the dealership. Now I understand it's business, but have we come so far that it is acceptable to just flat out not care about the people that keep you in business. I'm from Midwest originally, (small town), dealerships there could never stay in business with that kind of customer service. I read all the other bad reviews as well and understand where they are coming from. To bad. Very disappointed. More
Great First Car and Used Car Buying Experience Camelback Subaru is absolutely the place to buy a used Subaru. I just graduated from college in May and came in for my first car buying experience. I Camelback Subaru is absolutely the place to buy a used Subaru. I just graduated from college in May and came in for my first car buying experience. I found a used 2015 XV Crosstrek on Cars.com and went into the dealership to test drive it. Kevin, a friendly and fatherly salesman greeted me at the door and immediately grabbed the keys. We took the car for a long test drive, something I had not been allowed to do at other Subaru dealerships in the valley and I was pleased I was able to really get a feel for the vehicle. We went in after the test drive to talk some numbers and I was up front with him telling him I was not going to sign on the dotted line today just as I had to sleep on the big decision. He didn't push, instead said that he had daughters my age and understood the stress and burden that buying a first car can have. He gave me some price sheets to take home and said the offer (and a great offer right at the base of KBB value) would stand when I came back in. I came back in the next morning at 10:30am, asked for Kevin, and bought the car. Camelback Subaru and Kevin made my first car buying experience fun, they put the decision in my hands, and made me feel welcome into the Subaru family. Go in, ASK FOR KEVIN, and enjoy purchasing a Subaru. More
