She was friendly right from the start which made coming in something that I actually wanted to pencil in. Walking in and seeing a few familiar faces made it feel warm and comfortable- Nygil and Andrew. Nygil assured me that he was taking care of a customer but that Stephanie would do just fine and she did! Joe Esposito came down which made me feel secure knowing that the man in charge was visible and present. Andrew worked on creating a deal that was doable and realistic for me to budget. Alex Perkins was business savvy and professional by reminding me of how important extended warranty and the Club Program is for single moms. Nygil was there to congratulate me as I was about to leave and gave me the extra confidence that I need sharing all the perks that my new lease had bversmuses my old lease- even when it wasn't his deal #teamwork ! Choose any other Subaru Dealer! I was quoted an out the door sales price that was almost $8,000 over the sticker price. After it was made it clear we were not even going to entertain I was quoted an out the door sales price that was almost $8,000 over the sticker price. After it was made it clear we were not even going to entertain that number, they came back with an offer that was $2,500 over both Gilbert and Peoria's original quote on the exact same car. Unless you have money to throw away, I would suggest you shop elsewhere! More

They took the stress out of car shopping After visiting several other dealerships nearby looking for a used car and trying to be sold a brand new one we stopped in at Camelback VW Subaru Mazd After visiting several other dealerships nearby looking for a used car and trying to be sold a brand new one we stopped in at Camelback VW Subaru Mazda. Lisa Chabrier met us at the door, heard we were looking for a used car within a specific price range and took us right over to the lot to begin exploring. Within fifteen minutes we had picked a car and she ran (literally) inside to get the keys so we could test drive it. It was just what we were looking for so we went inside to talk numbers. Her manager came over, we brokered a fair deal and rang the gong! A car had been bought! The only downside to the whole buying experience was quite a bit of waiting around while the drew up paperwork, cleaned the car, etc. but I suppose that cannot be avoided. I am very happy with the car and the great customer service made us feel very confident in the purchase. Thanks Lisa! More

In two hours we were able to buy the exact Volkswagen EOS Convertible we wanted after the day before spending four or five hours at one of their competitors to be frustrated and talked down to! We ended up with the identical car we tried to purchase at the previous dealer at a more attractive price! We are a VW family and will NEVER go anywhere but Camelback in the future! As a little side note I was a repeat customer at the aforementioned dealer and have never had my VW serviced anywhere else! So much for treating prior customers well! Good Job Camelback Volkswagen!
