Thomas and Michael made it easy I usually dread purchasing vehicles! I visited two other stores with my partner before stopping at Camelback Subaru Mazda. At other dealers there were high pressure old school tactics used. As I pulled in there were salesman surrounding my car waiting for me to get out. It was like being trapped in a shark tank. Just when I thoyght I would have to settle, Tom greeted me at the door and my idea of carsalesman changed. He was polite and knowledgable, he listened to me about what I WANTED and didn't try to talk me out of what I wanted. He made my partner and I feel at ease and welcome. Michael, the sales manager, came out to help close the deal. He seemed very genuine in his approach and helped get me into my new CX-5! Alex was an awesome Financeguy as well! He quoted a better price than 4 other dealers in the Phoenix area, so it was a no brainer on price.....
