Brought vehicle in to get serviced for a rattling noise in the steering column. Salesperson stated it will be covered under warranty and suggested to leave the vehicle due to the amount of time it should t in the steering column. Got a call stating it was repaired and to come pick up vehicle. Salesperson confirmed vehicle was repaired upon my arrival. When I started driving vehicle it was noticed the vehicle was still doing the exact same thing it was originally brought in for. So it was not repaired as stated by salesperson. More

I took my car to the VW Camelback service department for specialist repair… also had some minor maintenance problems resolved. The only bummer was the parts were not in stock because my 1-way trip home from specialist repair… also had some minor maintenance problems resolved. Eddie was great! Had a tire blowout and was able to get my tire put on while he waited for the warranty to get approved. 0/5 star rating. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment to have my battery changed in my car. The guy at the ch I would never recommend this place to anyone. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment to have my battery changed in my car. The guy at the check in tried telling me I didn’t have an appointment, he then found my appointment and directed me to a woman to help check me in and she informed me that it would take close to 2 hours to have my battery changed as they were backed up. I bought my car from this exact dealership and they were not able to find my car in the system to look up if I had warranty. I just said I would pay full price. I then sat in the waiting area for 2 hours at which time she informed me that they didn’t have my battery in stock. Something that should have been checked prior to me even coming in for a change. They tried to call there delivery person to see if he could get a battery from somewhere else and there was in stock but he didn’t want to drive/couldn’t do it. They told me this would take 3 more hours, then said he couldn’t do it. I wasted my morning just to leave and still not have my car battery changed. They do not respect peoples time, I have a full time job and will have to hope that my battery doesn't go out before next weekend when I can go somewhere else. Leaving me with no way to get to work. I visited this dealership on 5/2/26 and will never be returning. More
