Camelback Volkswagen is a convenient location for me to have a detail service. I called and talked to Shayna R. to schedule my vehicle. Shayna made an appointment for me to bring my vehicle in on April 24 have a detail service. I called and talked to Shayna R. to schedule my vehicle. Shayna made an appointment for me to bring my vehicle in on April 24 at 7:30 AM. When I arrived on April 24, I walked into the service station and was greeted nice and warmly by Shayna. Shayna immediately introduced me to two people, sitting on both sides of her, and introduced them by name to me. They both said hello. Shayna pleasantly started off by asking questions about my vehicle. What year what model etc. I explained that it was an old school 2016 Toyota Tacoma Sport, Quicksand is the name of the color of the truck. When I said there’s a few areas of my truck that I’d like to have worked on. Shayna got up from her desk and followed me out to my vehicle. I opened the driver side door and showed her the driver seat and there was a stain on it and would like to know if they could get that cleaned. Shayna made a note of that onto the paper she was writing on. Then I walked her to the other side of the rear panel of the truck and showed her some scuff marks that I was hoping would be rubbed out.. Shayna felt the scuff marks with her fingers on my truck and indicated that she was pretty sure that those could be buffed out. I felt good about that. Then I walked Shayna to the tailgate, and showed her that the tailgate has to be opened with the big metal key on the keychain. I said sometimes the key is wonky in the lock, but if you just use gentle pressure, you can get it to work and open the tailgate. Shayna tried the key and got it to open. And she said she was pretty sure they would be able to power spray the back of the truck bed. Then we walked back inside the office. Shayna typed up the information that we talked about and indicated on the piece of paper the areas of the truck that I wanted fixed. I signed the document so that she could have it serviced. I handed her my keys. Shayna was pleasant, friendly, and left me feeling confident that the work being done on my vehicle was a good deal and it would be done on the timeframe that we had talked about. Because I had to go to work at the airport, I asked if it would be OK if I left my vehicle there until after 4 PM. Shayna said that would not be a problem. Shayna asked me if I needed a LYFT for the ride home. Yes I said that would be great. Shayna scheduled a driver to come take me back to my house.. She also told me she would be texting me a number from Camelback Volkswagen to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle When I was at work later that day, I received a text from Shayna indicating that my vehicle was done and would be ready for me to pick up when I returned from work. Then she told me to my surprise, she would be able to pick me up with another Lyft from the airport, and bring me back to Camelback Volkswagen. Wow.!!! I was not expecting that at all, and greatly appreciate that nice gesture. At 4 pm, I met the Lyft driver at the airport and was brought back to the dealership so I could get my vehicle. I paid for my vehicle and thanked them for the great service. My truck looked incredibly clean, polished, vacuumed, and brand new! Pretty Amazing for a 10 year old vehicle if you ask me. I was very much surprised at how incredibly clean and shiny the inside of the truck looked. A very nice gentleman that brought me the vehicle, told me to keep my windows cracked a little to air out any condensation from the cleaning, when I parked it at night. He was very helpful to explain that. More

They had my car for a month! Gave very little updates unless we called and were upset. Finally got my car back after a month to not have the original issue not even fixed! This has made us reconsider purchasing a VW or returning to this particular dealership after this is fixed. We are BEYOND disappointed More
