The salesperson I worked with was Slater Kuykendall and I also spoke with the finance guy David Ju. I also spoke with someone there about this situation and I believe his name was Joey. His number is 509-456-7889. Here it now July 9th and not only has Camp Chevrolet not given me the paperwork to prove I purchased the car, but they have also not given me an extra check back I wrote out to them. I feel they have practiced deceptive business practices. I live 2 hours away and I called before hand to ask if I could get something for my trade in because it was an older car. Slater told me yes. I drive 2 hours only to find out they wouldn't give me anything for my car. It would have been nice to know that before I drove all that way as I would have left the car at home. My wife was not present with me to purchases the car so they had me fill out 2 packets of information and also write 2 checks. You can contact them for more details as it's too complicated to explain here. They cashed one of my checks, but did not give me my purchase paperwork. Needless to say I don't have the carbon copies of my paperwork and they have essentially stolen my other check. As agreed I want my check back and I want the carbon copies of my purchase paperwork. And it would be nice to get the title on my car. I was told it would be sent as soon as they received my signed paperwork back. I've heard from no one. Slater said he would call me and I haven't heard from him. It's been almost 6 weeks since I bought the car and I have not heard back from them. I've called several times and no one has returned my phone calls. I feel like I've been totally scammed and I will NEVER buy another car from this dealer. It would be nice for people to be professional and follow up with customers and also keep their word. More
Had some issues but Camp did take care of. They repaired used car purchase and furnished a excellent loaner while repair was being made. I did have to pay $ 1000.00 toward repair but was a compromise we cou used car purchase and furnished a excellent loaner while repair was being made. A big thanks to Spokane Camp Chevrolet.. they were truly amazing. I had previously been to Knudsen Chevrolet in Post Falls, Id and had found that they were very rude and pushy, held on to my I.D and insuran amazing. I didn't like my experience there one bit. BUT my experience at Camp Chevrolet in Spokane was everything I was looking for, everyone down there was very nice, helpful and weren't pushy at all. If your looking for something new or used I would highly recommend going to Camp! Speak with Ryan Wilson and Ryan Stoker made my experience perfect! My husband and I visited Camp Chevrolet Cadillac on a Sunday morning, with the intent to look at a possible purchase of a new Cadillac. We were considering either a Mercedes or a Cadillac and after our test drives, we decided to purchase the 2013 Cadillac XTS AWD Platinum. What a car!! Joey, the sale manager was very helpful and worked to get the best interest rate for us, and Josh in finance made the entire signing process painless. We would definitely recommend Camp Chevrolet Cadillac to our friends and family. More
My daughter was in the process of buying a new car and gave her salesperson two thousand dollars down which he gladly accepted. A week later she came back to attempt to close the deal (she lives 3 1/2 hou gave her salesperson two thousand dollars down which he gladly accepted. During the week she learned the loan amount increased three thousand dollars and she also wasn't happy with the value they had placed on her trade-in. Needless to say the deal fell apart. When she asked for her down-payment back she was told it wouldn't be available until Monday. This was at 6:00 Friday evening. After repeated requests with no success she was assured that a check would be sent FedEx first thing Monday morning. Unhappily she left. It's six days later and still no check. Repeated phone calls have been ignored as well as many voice mails. Randy Price their GM, won't take her calls either. All she wants is her own money back. This is the most unprofessional operation I have ever come across. Not only did they blow the sale, which another dealer has happily completed by the way, I can't understand where Camp Chevrolet's actions can hardly be legal not to mention ethical. I know it pays to shop around, but so far it costs to shop at Camp. GIVE HER MONEY BACK! I can't believe that a dealership that operates seven days a week has no one in the building for two days who is a signer on their account. More
I was worried about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership after reading some of the reviews. I have to say they're one of the friendliest places I have ever been. I bought a vehicle from camp chevrolet cadillac and i dont know if it was only me but i had a poor experience. To start things off they told me the sale price was going to be 36,--- plus about 1500 for dont know if it was only me but i had a poor experience. To start things off they told me the sale price was going to be 36,--- plus about 1500 for a detail and service; they also told me they were going to throw in free lifetime oil changes that valued $899. After I drove 3 hours to pick up the vehicle they had the paperwork filled out and ready to sign. When signing the paper work i noticed they had marked the vehicle up to 39995 and also charged me the 899 for the oil changes. The dealer wrote in a promise agreement to give me the lifetime oil changes but yet still tried to charge me, also they listed a bunch of other options on the vehicle that the vehicle didnt even have they just wanted the blue book value to be at what they were selling the vehicle for. After I got the vehicle home i realized i left my reciever and tow hitch, so when i called they said they had it, but when i got there it was no where to be found evaporated i suppose.lol. About a month had passed since i bought the new rig and needed to take it back for a detail and service but they wouldnt own up and give me a detail, there isnt one thing in the contract that states there is an expiration but the mananger told me that after 30 days it had expired, i live 3 hours away i told him and basically i got the cold shoulder and never ended up with my detail! I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here because of the lousy experience i had with them, the lying and trying to fool me on the paper work, not gonna happen. All i say is that if you do buy from them follow the paper work very closly because they will try and slide something past, thats all i got. More
Our salesman (calib) was very good. We were pleased with his service. The financial closer (Dave) was not acceptable to us. he pounded the computer and raised his voice when we did not accept the extended his service. He scared my grand daughter. he appearance was not business like. He wore an open shirt (with no tee shirt) exposing his bare chest. He would have been better on a beach in California. My grand daughter and wife were offended. A buttoned shirt or tie certainly would have been more appropriate and business like. Car windows were dirty. When we rolled down the windows it exposed xxxx on every window. The steering wheel was torn and there was a black dirt like mark on the drivers side post inside the care. There was black splatter xxxx marks on the outside of all four wheel wells. I was offered to return the car to the dearlership but turned it down since it would have not been cost effective for me to return to the dealership for something that should have been down prior to me taking possesion of the car. The car is great and I am happy to have it. I just would never buy a car from them again. I am also having difficulty getting Sharris from the major Cadillac service center (where ever that is) It is a toll free line. I have called three time and he has yet to return my call. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to provide comments regarding this dealership. More
