If I could rate them zero I would! I had the worst car buying experience yet. The day I bough my 2020 Jeep they claimed to go wash it and clean it up before I left which it was still filthy. A week after buying I had to return due to them over charging me on my gap insurance and resign all of the financial paperwork thankfully the bank I financed with caught the mistake. Then two week after I bought my Jeep I received letters in the mail where they added me to another strangers credit application to get them approved, which they say was a simple mistake . Yet it cost me time and worry to have to get all of this fixed through the credit bureaus! They only paid for the program to fix my credit and nothing else. One simple apology was all I received. Yet here I am days later still have to go through all of these steps to fix my credit that THEY messed up! Literally do NOT recommend this place at all. The only decent person of all the them was my actual salesman Gage ! More
