We came in knowing we would be a though customer due to financing and what we needed to stay around financially. We found a vehicle we liked signed papers but when we went to leave the car had engine probl financing and what we needed to stay around financially. So they went to work to find a vehicle to match the hat we were wanting like the previous one they worked with us and got us in a little more expensive car for pretty close to what we would have one first one. I would like to personally thank Chance Rowland for approaching me as I was looking at a used Ford truck and I told him I was just looking. He ask me if I ever looked at or drove a Ram truck. Thanks to Kelley and Chance I’m proud owner of 2019 Ram Rebel and l love it. I used to buy all my trucks from another dealership but I will be a Campbell customer going forward. Nightmare customer service My transaction was completed via phone as I live in Minnesota. As scheduled I arrived and the trade in for the Nissan Murano was handled with some de My transaction was completed via phone as I live in Minnesota. As scheduled I arrived and the trade in for the Nissan Murano was handled with some delay but I got on my way. As the vehicle was handed over to me I was given only 1key fob, of course I asked for the other one, my salesman went to look for it, not finding it he assured me he would look for it and send it to me. Of course I never got it so had to spend about $350 for a second fob. I was told that the floor mats were in the hatch, there were no front mats, so I bought them. After getting home I opened the hood of the Murano and saw that the inside of the hood was ripped to shreds, another expense which would have been taken care of before selling the vehicle. I was told the paperwork would arrive in about 10 days, it took 3 weeks. During that 3 weeks I called and talked to the salesman, 2 used car Sales Managers, and left a message to the General Manager. The GM never called me back, the first Sales Manager (don’t have his name) assured me he or his supervisor would get back to me very soon, I received no such call. I then called Sales Manager Ross Comstock, after hearing of my concerns he said he would check it out and get back to me in just a few minutes, needless to say he never called me back. I am happy with my Murano but extremely dissatisfied with my dealings with Your Campbell dealership. I have family and friends near Little Rock which is why it was worthwhile for me to travel that far, I will definitely not recommend that they do business with your dealership. More
