My husband and I were looking for a diesel truck to pull our 5th wheel. We met Austin when we pulled up at the dealership and everything was great from our first interaction!! We told him exactly what we wanted and he showed us what they had to offer. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and the trucks we were looking at. I told him what we wanted our payments to be and what kind of down payment we had and from there he and Vic made it happen!! Ariel did all our final paperwork and was great to work with and made sure we understood everything. The whole process only took a couple of hours and was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!! I don’t live in the state, but I would definitely come back and buy another vehicle from Austin, Vic, and Ariel!!! More

The customer service during the negotiations, the attention to detail, and the final process did not disappoint. I bought the car without seeing it in person, and Barrett sent videos to me. He worked LATE two nights in a row to finish everything up so that I could get in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes the day I came to pick it up. (I drove 3.5 hours past numerous dealers to purchase from Campbell) All the paperwork was ready to go, and Barrett made sure to take care of the little details such as programming my home address in the navigation, setting my phone up, and even had the seat and steering wheel heaters on!! By far, the best I have dealt with. I will be back in a couple of years when I need to by my next one!! More
