Got off to a rocky start, but ended up with the truck I liked at an agreeable price a few weeks later. Receptionist there Saturday evening was great and friendly, but I didn’t get her name. Shannon wasn’t on my deal, but she was nice and friendly when I met her. Ariel was great. Barrett is the only reason I came back. AD worked his magic. Terry had the paperwork done faster than I’ve ever seen (and too fast according to Ariel!) The few issues I had: First visit, Wayne in sales was not interested in helping me. Told me I couldn’t be helped basically. Afterwards, Barrett got me to come back and give it another shot. Without knowing the full story, sales associates shouldn’t make assumptions. This is a good training opportunity. Late afternoons/evenings, the dealership staff tends to thin down a little much. While everyone else I worked with was attentive and great, they were trying to do too much at once and there was no one else available or willing to help them so they could focus on me. Delivery checklist was signed in the sales office prior to delivery. I’ve seen this before, and it’s not a huge deal to me (I signed it), but that truly should be done at delivery. Ariel was nice enough to get us in the service drive to transfer belongings from old vehicle to new. That was great since it was FREEZING outside! (However, this was at my request. Hoping I just beat her to it because it had not been offered yet.) Lastly, I left the dealership with my new truck kind of on my own. I felt slightly abandoned. Once the deal was done, everyone was on to the next task. Refer to my statement above. I didn’t need a send off, but we weren’t even sure if the service bay door would close on its own after we opened it to go out. Overall good experience with employees who hustle. More
