Was lied too about a deal being done. Was promised a payoff of my current vehicle plus a free 4 year warranty on the new vehicle. Got back to the dealership and they had lied to me and tried to add the payoff of my current vehicle plus a free 4 year warranty on the new vehicle. Got back to the dealership and they had lied to me and tried to add the cost of the warranty without me noticing. Subtotal 24k to total of 27k with no explanation raises some flags. This was my second visit to the dealership that day about this deal and I was pretty well mad when I saw what they were doing. So, today I get a call because they didn’t like my negative review. Well...you lied to me...what do you expect. Now they wish to make it right, but why would I do business that thinks lying is ok if they try to make up for it. I’m done. More

After a frustrating experience through a different dealer, the people at Campbell really made it worth the trip. To cut down on time spent at the dealership with two kids, I was able to do most of the dealer, the people at Campbell really made it worth the trip.
