Fairly easy experience. Would have been 5 stars but detail dept doesnt seem to have pride in their workmanship. I found dried up clay on the edge of the lower rocker panel. Salesman found grass and dirt left in rear storage compartment. Salesman took car back to have those details done again. Result was that there was dirt residue still on rocker panel and the storage compartment STILL has grass & dirt in it. Jonathan Wallace was very helpful and realyed our needs to the Sales Manager ( Sean). Both guys were friendly and easy to work with. Overall, it was a fairly easy experience from start to drive away. Helpful and Friendly Sales This was a great first experience with purchasing a vehicle. The salespeople were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient even on a Saturday. Austin Harri This was a great first experience with purchasing a vehicle. The salespeople were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient even on a Saturday. Austin Harris was wonderful to work with and the reason I ended up purchasing a nicer vehicle than I had intended. His manager came in at one point and was very different from Austin - the manager was pushy and had a grating/condescending attitude which almost made me walk away from the purchase but Austin got us back on the right track. When I came in to finalize paperwork, Mark was awesome and helped me coordinate with finance as well as explain all the features of my new vehicle and help get me set up. He also ensured the vehicle got detailed and was ready for me to drive. Allen in Finance was pleasant and thorough and took the time to explain the process and next steps. I would definitely recommend this dealership if it involves working with Mark/Allen/Austin! More
