Poor. Only word to explain my entire experience from the original sale, to service issues promised (& signed by me and the salesman who never even introduced himself to me agreeing to fix the issues found w original sale, to service issues promised (& signed by me and the salesman who never even introduced himself to me agreeing to fix the issues found with the vehicle for free whenever it was convenient for me to bring it by once a part had been delivered - was supposed to be called the day it came in - never happened), to time consumption, disrespect, lack of at least attempting to fix & own up to mistakes made on their end, I’ve purchased 4 vehicles in the last 5 years, 4 different dealerships, 4 completely different salesman, I’ve NOT ONCE, been as disrespected & disregarded the way I’ve been here as I said from the sale date itself to now trying to work around the DEALERSHIPS schedule to have issues on the vehicle fixed promptly, in my life. Extremely disappointed, slightly disgusted, & overall not happy at this point and can’t be at all due to stress this is putting on ME. Yet no one wants to take the time to actually try to make things right & apologize for actions. Which says a whole lot in itself alone. More
