During a very brief and unpleasant experience at Campbells with another salesman, we had been introduced to a salesman by the name of Jordan. He really stuck out to me that day because of his gentle Campbells with another salesman, we had been introduced to a salesman by the name of Jordan. He really stuck out to me that day because of his gentle disposition and kind smile. After I realized Campbell's was serious about their service recovery on the incident noted above, I continued to communicate with Jordan about possibly purchasing a new Grand Cherokee L. For 4 SOLID WEEKS, Jordan Branson and Barrett McAlister worked vigorously with me to make things right. I can think of twice that I know of when they were home, off the clock, and still taking my call/texts. It was incredible to work with them, see just how serious they were about regaining my trust, and in the end, create a lifelong customer in me. Thank you for the dedication and pride you put into your work and your families, Jordan, Barrett, and Luke! It is my pleasure to share the good news with everyone I know. Quick easy and painless! Found the truck online, called to verify it was actually there, put down a deposit over the phone. When I arrived the Truck was positioned front and center.
