Jordan was very friendly. He worked hard to get us in a good car and was able to work with finance to get us at the payments we wanted. A lot of the leg work was done by text and email so by the time i got good car and was able to work with finance to get us at the payments we wanted. I purchased a new Ram 1500 Limited on May 3rd. The purchase of the vehicle went great. I was coming from out of state and they made the process seamless. However, there are still a couple outstanding issues. 1. The amount that they packaged into the loan for sales tax is $2300 less than the actual sales tax owed on the vehicle. I asked about this in the finance office and was assured that the number they had is what their system generated and "it hasn't been wrong yet". 2. I have yet to receive the items needed (the actual sales tax check written out to my license office) to go to the local license office and pay my sales tax, in order to get my plates. More
