The service was terrible. We was approved the night before told to come at 10:30 next morning, we showed up we knew was truck we wanted had paperwork signed and ready to go. The service department finally finished truck at 5ish then we had to wait to get detailed and it was not even done good all cup holders,was nasty dog hair left on seats. We live over hour away so had to just sit there and wait mind you we wanted to come on that Friday but, was talked into coming Thursday just to miss day of work and sit in lobby for 6 1/2 hours if it was not ready then why told to come next day to buy yes used but was not cleaned well either.
