Mike the salesman was very helpful. He looked up vehicles for us that were in our price range and found a chevy equinox that was practically brand new. They only tried one place for financing and that came b for us that were in our price range and found a chevy equinox that was practically brand new. They only tried one place for financing and that came back way high. I told them that my bank was almost 4 percent lower than what they quoted,so then they came down. I they should try to get the best financing available to start with so it can speed up the process. Then they tried to sell me an extended warranty. The manufacturer warranty was still good on the vehicle and they said the new warranty would void it. That means I would be waisting a 36000 mile warranty. You should offer an extended warranty after the original runs out. Overall it was a pleasant experience and thanks to Mike you have a new customer. More
