Very disappointing, 3rd new vehicle purchased & feel duped! This is the 3rd new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I feel duped. The 2018 F150 I ultimately purchased was presented as a new truck This is the 3rd new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I feel duped. The 2018 F150 I ultimately purchased was presented as a new truck even though it had 2K dealership driven miles on it. Drove the vehicle in dusk conditions and made the deal that night. The next day, after signing the paperwork, I walked out to look at the vehicle in full daylight and was appalled! If the vehicle had been presented as such, I would have never even considered it. There was a significant dent in the tailgate, someone had been hauling wood in it. The sides of the vehicle looked like they had been driven through a cornfield and the front right wheel had a chip out of it. I immediately walked back inside and pulled Scott Mabry out to look at the truck. Scott claimed he had no idea the truck had that much damage. After a considerable amount of conversations with Scott and multiple of his bosses, I was told they would fix everything. When I picked up the truck a week and a half later, everything looked pretty good. Scratches appeared to be gone and the wheel no longer had damage. Unfortunately, after a couple of car washed, all scratches were back (typical result if scratch cover is used rather than buffing them out). I pointed it out to Scott and he asked me to bring it back to the shop. Disgusted, I went ahead and buffed all the scratches that would come out myself. About 2 months into the ownership, the chip in the wheel is back (exact same wheel in the same approximate spot). The claim that they swapped the wheel out from another new truck never made sense to me. So you sell someone else a truck with a bad wheel? Also, when I picked the truck up, I checked the tire and it looked like a tire that had a couple thousand miles on it and not a new one. I even questioned it at that time and Scott assured me it was a new wheel off another truck (I should have asked to see the wheel on a different truck). Took the truck back to Scott and was told once again that the wheel was swapped for a new one off another truck and was not repaired. I explained that it did not make sense and pointed out the fact that tire had no visible sign that would have resulted in wheel damage. For the first time ever, a week before buying this truck, I came extremely close to purchasing a Chevy Silverado. I am a loyal Ford owner and was actually trading in a 2013 F150, unfortunately, this experience has made me regret my decision to not purchase a Chevy for the first time! One thing I can say for sure, I have learned a valuable lesson, "Dupe me once, shame on you, Dupe me twice, shame on me"! More

Installation of trailer wiring harness. I had a harness installed on my 2012 MKX back in 2015, and was quoted an hour to install. My call that it was ready was in fact about an hour later. This week I took my 2016 MKZ in for the same thing. Install a trailer wiring harness. Again I was quoted about an hour. When picking the car up later that afternoon, my bill reflected four hours labor. Needless to say I was a little upset. Long story short, Mike spoke with the manager and reviewed my quote of an hour with Tony as well as my previous installation in 2015. Eventually correcting my statement to an hour. Thank you Mike. A potentally unpleasant visit turned out ok due to the help of Mike, Tony and the other manager that I did not know. More

He didn't try to just put us in anything, he listened to what we wanted and found us exactly what we were looking for!! The staff treated us like we were people who made some bad decisions in the past but were willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the chance to improve our situation and have the chance to get our credit back up where it belongs. I would recommend the staff at Campbell Ford to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle! More
