Two experiences Toby was very helpful in the service dept and kept me informed. But I went to get my oil changed and they said I needed an appointment and when I left Toby was very helpful in the service dept and kept me informed. But I went to get my oil changed and they said I needed an appointment and when I left I read a sign oil change no appointment necessary the last time they changed my oil I made an appointment and was told it’s not necessary so I will have my oil changed elsewhere More
