Overall I felt listened to and we found the right car that fit all my needs. I would definitely go back and work with Johnnie again. I tried other dealerships and the sales people seemed more like the stereotypical car salesmen whereas Johnnie seemed more like a consultant and I felt he was always on my side. I love my new car!
