Our particular order had some glitches before the car even made it on the boat which caused us a great deal of frustration. After looking at various new vehicles for our daughter for quite awhile, we contacted the Costco Auto Program. From that inquiry, John Kelch at Campbell Nelson Nissan contacted us, as did other non-Nissan for quite awhile, we contacted the Costco Auto Program. Over the phone, John listened to what we were looking for and our price range and then gave us an extremely attractive price on a new Sentra. We scheduled three different dealer test drives on a Saturday, with Campbell Nelson in the middle spot. The first dealer did a bait and switch which wasted three hours. After that, John met with us and let us test drive the Sentra, which was great. He showed us pricing options that were the same as what he had given earlier on the phone. We left and went to the third dealer who was nice but had us test drive a used demo model. On Sunday, we decided on the Sentra and contacted John who got everything in order for me to come in and sign. The final price is actually less than what I expected and the car is fantastic.
