I bought my first new Volkswagen in 30 years from Campbell Nelson in 2000 from Steve Donley. It was a new Jetta GL and it has been one of the best cars I have ever had. I sold it to a colleague at work and he really likes it. (He was trained in Germany as a Volkswagen mechanic) Then when my dad needed a new car he also bought a new 2004 Jetta, this one from Tom McCormick. He had an accident about a year later. If he hadn't been in that Jetta he may not have survived. When he got well he bought a new 2006 Jetta, again from Tom. He really likes it. A while later my wife's Honda Accord was stolen. Naturally I wanted to buy her a good car that was safe. Enter her 2006 Jetta which was purchased from Tom. About a month ago I bought my 2014 Jetta SE from Barry Garman. The purchase process was very straight forward. Barry was very helpful and followed up on all of my concerns. Another one of their "strong suits" is the Campbell Nelson Service Department. I have been working with Peter, Sonny and Lee for quite a while. They are honest and do very good work. I wouldn't take my Jetta anywhere else for service. I look forward to buying my next Volkswagen from Campbell Nelson. More

I went into Campbell Nelson looking to lease a car or to buy a slightly used car. My preference was to lease a car. Clint and Mike were very welcoming and worked with my situation to get me into the car that I truly desired. They figured out a way so I could drive away in a brand new car. Two months ago I bought a 2013 Touareg TDI from Campbell Nelson and my experience was excellent. Before working with Campbell, I also worked with two other local dealers but I must say Campbell was head an Nelson and my experience was excellent. Before working with Campbell, I also worked with two other local dealers but I must say Campbell was head and shoulder above others in honesty and customer service. What Campbell focused on was getting the exact Touareg model/trim I wanted, and unlike one of the dealers, they never tried to convince me to buy an on-lot model that didn't match my needs. Furthermore, after I took delivery of a Touareg which they moved from another dealer, and realized the original dealer was not forthcoming with the condition of the car (500 miles on the odometer with under body damage), they proactively located another Touareg from Oregon and swap the cars out for me with zero hassle and extra charge. I love cars but my experience with dealers in the past has not been consistently positive. Campbell is different: No pressure, great price, honest, and EXCELLENT customer service.
