We encountered several people that day in our visit to the dealership and everyone demonstrated excellent customer service and appreciation for our business - John, Cecil, Greg and even Mr. Campbell were all warm and welcoming. John spent over an hour with us going over all of the features to make sure we were aware of all of them before we left with our new car. He even took the time to hook our cell phones up to the Bluetooth. And we were out of there drving home in our new car within 2 hours. I went to C/N, just to take a "look"...we weren't ready to buy yet. After talking and bonding with John, the test drive was the foundation. Getting my wife to come in, was the icing! In a couple of hours, my wife had her dream car, a 2012 Nissan Armada Platinum, for a Mothers Day/ 22 yr Anniversary present. I had a miserable experience in 2003....thanks to Craig, John and crew for making our experience a great, positive one. We were on the waiting list for many months, waiting for our 2011 Nissan Leaf, a highly anticipated wide-release EV. John was our dealer contact, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The release of the Leaf was plagued by unforeseen problems related to the earthquake in Japan, which left many customers upset due to the subsequent lack of information from Nissan. John, however, made every effort to obtain and update us with accurate information at every step. John was able to locate for us an "orphaned" Leaf, meeting our exact specifics, which allowed us to get our car early. Despite the move to an orphaned car, no changes in the price were made, and the original (excellent!) price we were quoted was honored. This was our first new car purchase, and I have heard many horror stories about the process. However, John and his colleagues made it a pleasant and fun experience. We've had the LEAF for a year now and 17,500 miles now. It is the best purchase we have made, especially considering our 50-mile roundtrip commute. It's just an awesome car. I recommend you take it for a test drive and, if you like it, seek our John for a purchase. We'll probably be in the market for a replacement of my old (and now living in the back of the garage) gas car, which we use for longer trips. I hope to do business with John when that time comes. I have always had a terrible experience with trading in a car until I met John kelch at Campbell nelson Nissan. I could not have asked for better customer service! It was just impeccable! I even got a full tank of gas with my new car which is probably standard these days but with the cost of gas it made my day! John new exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to get me to purchase something I didn't want or didn't need. The whole process took less then 2 hours and I was out the door with my new car driving around in the beautiful weather.
