We really appreciated his follow up email with pricing comparisons (used, new, option packages, etc). I rate 4 on price because I will never like spending a large sum--but I do feel we got good value for the price. My overall rating could have been higher by having a forwarning of what the other sales reps were going to throw in front of us. I understand that extended warrenties and after dealer options are where the dealer can make some money, but if I had heads up on this stuff, I would have been more comfortable making additional selections. I had already been shopping carefully up to that point and was in the dealership--be proud of your add-ons and let me compare with other providers, no need to rush! More

Before contacting John Kelch at Campbell Nelson, I wasted weeks with other local dealerships. My prior experiences ranged from disrepectful to ridiculous. Over the years our family has purchased 4 new vehicles from Larry Camp. The latest was a new VW Jetta. I went into Campbell Nelson expecting to be treated nicely (after all, I figured they would want a sale), but what I was greeted with was a generousity of spirit that brought me to tears. Clint worked nicely (after all, I figured they would want a sale), but what I was greeted with was a generousity of spirit that brought me to tears. Clint worked with us to make sure that my daughter was happy with her new (used) car, that I knew she would be safe, and that the price was well within what we could afford.
