Hi Robb, I appreciate your help. However, I am really sorry but I am really not satisfied with the service! The sales people are great and I bought my car there. But I wouldn't had bought it there if I knew about the service they provide. I knew that i had some history with the service, which I was not at fault. I was being generous with my review. It should had been a lot worse. Whenever there is a problem with my car, and they ordered a part for me or when I ordered my parts, they NEVER gave me a call back. I waited at least about 1 month after their date of promised and I was the one who called back. But when I was at the shop, I could hear them calling their customer about their parts just because the customer have a better car. I still have a part with them and lets see if they will call me. If not I'll just grab my parts from them and service it at the Eastside. I am sorry to say these.
