It is wonderful to drive away in a new vehicle that you love without any lingering doubt if you paid too much. The process is painless - I have always felt valued and heard throughout the process. I love my new Rogue and appreciate knowing that if I have any questions or issues I can pick up the phone and call John. An unusually painless buying experience I contacted John Kelch about a Pathfinder on a Friday morning, and by Friday evening my wife and I were on our way home in it. I was very straightforw I contacted John Kelch about a Pathfinder on a Friday morning, and by Friday evening my wife and I were on our way home in it. I was very straightforward with John in what I was looking for in our initial conversations via email. He told me that he was confident that if we came in to take a look at it, we could find a deal that works for all sides. Incredible experience - lifetime customer For as long as I can remember these past *almost* 43 years, I have thought of car dealers as sneaky, tricky and out to sell sell sell. My experience For as long as I can remember these past *almost* 43 years, I have thought of car dealers as sneaky, tricky and out to sell sell sell. My experience at Campbell Nelson has taught me that not everyone truly IS like this - not all dealers are alike! I have purchased 4 cars in my lifetime - it's not exactly a common occurrence for me - and I have to say John Kelch made it SO easy. I walked in, we sat down, we discussed my options, he pleasantly and enthusiastically told me to expect something different from him and he DELIVERED on it in BIG ways. He was able to work with me to find the right car for me - every option I wanted and he really engaged with me personally to understand what I was looking for. THEN, just when I thought the experience couldn't get any better, Cecil came in and blew me away with his experience, knowledge and kindness. Wow. Phenomenal. I'm already telling everyone I know within 72 hours of walking through the door for the first time - and referring my coworker to John this morning! I may not be a "frequent car buyer", but I have a big mouth and I tell EVERYONE when I have a good experience - and I will tell them PROUDLY that Campbell Nelson has earned a new customer for life. THANK YOU for letting me buy a car from you! OH! Poor customer service- Arrogant management I am going to buy, or lease, a new Nissan Leaf and a pre-2013, Pathfinder from someone; My first choice was Campbell-Nissan as they are nearest my hom I am going to buy, or lease, a new Nissan Leaf and a pre-2013, Pathfinder from someone; My first choice was Campbell-Nissan as they are nearest my home. My first order of business was an "open campaign" on my present Pathfinder which I had hoped to have details of prior to an appointment but an email sent to the service department was ignored so I went to the "Service" department, on Saturday 12/19/15, where there were 5 people at that counter with one engaged with another customer. I waited for a full 5 minutes while all of those people socialized while completely ignoring my presence. I attempted to call them on Monday 12/21/15, to seek information as to what the nature of this "campaign" was so I could budget my time but there was nobody able to take my call. I then asked to speak to a management person, whom the receptionist said would be "Travis", She left the line and when she returned asked for my name and left the line, again. After about a minute she returned to say "Travis" would not take my call... Obviously, I will not be spending my money at that dealership, ever! More

We ultimately found a barely used 2015 model at another lot, but I wish I could have purchased it though John. I definitely recommend going though the internet department!! More

My last car was purchased 10 years ago, earning my award for the worst experience EVER! Our experience this past Sunday with Campbell Nelson was extraordinary due to John Kelch! He was excellent in every way. I have a new Nissan Rogue in my garage, a large smile on my face and a grateful heart for the experience. More

Misled buying a Used Leaf I wasted 5 hours of my life buying a Used Car from these guys. I looked at a bunch of Leafs and settled on one (I thought) had all the features I wan I wasted 5 hours of my life buying a Used Car from these guys. I looked at a bunch of Leafs and settled on one (I thought) had all the features I wanted. They indicated a particular car had all the features I wanted - as stated on their website and verbally by the salesperson. I signed the docs and put down a deposit. After two days of waiting for the car to be ready to pick up, I called to check on it and the salesperson informed me that it did not have Quick Charge - a key requirement I stated upfront. I talked to the Sales Manager and he told me it was my fault - I should have verified that the car had every single feature that they had represented and that I should not trust their website or salesperson. It was my fault that they misrepresented the car on their website and verbally. They are buying and selling Used Leafs so fast that they do not what cars are on their lot and what featured they have. It was a disorganized mess on their lot - I looked at 10 different cars and the weren't sure which cars had what features. They buy the cars at auction and add them to their website before they have them on the lot. They do not double-check what features they have. Lesson learned. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! Luckily they agreed to refund my deposit or I would be stuck. I will never step foot on their lot again. More
