When we came to pick it up, we discovered one of the bed supports was crushed. (I figured it happened when they used a forklift to move the RV while the Beds were set up, despite all the warnings in the manual NOT to do that!) Despite "Jessica" initially agreeing to have us bring it back in, our service Rep "Julia" refused to see us. She tried to claim it was pre-existing damage, despite damage to both the frame AND the pole! (Surely their service techs would have noticed only one of the two poles on that side fits in that bracket now?! And they just "magically" knew to put those two together rather than mixing them up if it were pre-existing?!) She even trotted out her manager, who kept repeating "Probably's Not Proof!" over and over again like it was somehow a magic get-out-of-jail card just because I didn't have... video evidence of them using the forklift, I guess? The stupid part? I got it repaired somewhere else for under $100. They took a customer who had already spent $1100 with them, and gaslighted me over $100 in damage. Document EVERYTHING and take pictures of your entire RV before you trust these petty people to do any work. Better yet, just go anywhere else. With these people, your precious RV will "probably" be okay. Probably. More

We had some issues with our 04 class A ,Our service REP Julia was amazing ,she went above and beyond to help us get repaired in time to make our trip I highly recommend Julia and Camping World Bartow. Refused to replace an Air Conditioner that was under warranty and we waited months to receive. We ended up replacing it ourselves because we could not wait that long, in the end they would not provide u warranty and we waited months to receive. We ended up replacing it ourselves because we could not wait that long, in the end they would not provide us the other unit or a credit because we did not keep the unit they were going to trash anyway. Absolutely terrible experience from the time we bought this brand new 2021 unit from them. Not only did we have to wait almost 2 months for a new door that was defective off the lot, then they refuse to cover a warranty on our a/c that didn't last a year. Find another dealer. More

This dealership had its good points but also some bad ones. Our salesman was nice, but it seemed there was an overall disconnect. When we went back for our service work we had to ask 3 different people about our walk through, also we were quoted a certain price which the service dept. knew nothing about. All in all, there should be more communication between the staff. More

Everybody is super nice but after having our motorhome there for 4 months it was finally supposed to be fixed. We picked it up hooked the water hose and the hot water heater that was supposedly to be fixe there for 4 months it was finally supposed to be fixed. We picked it up hooked the water hose and the hot water heater that was supposedly to be fixed leaked. We returned it to service who now diagnosed it as a broken weld that we damaged by turning on the water! Now they saying it needs to be replaced but we’re responsible. Unbelievable! Stay away! Find a small shop for your repairs. They also damaged the hot water heater door that barely stays closed. More

My RV was not detailed on the exterior nor interior. I have all these rust and water spots on it and everything has been going wrong with it since I've purchased it in September. These idiots had the audacity to blame me for their xxxx ups!!!! Everyone has continued to say "we're sorry and we apologize", but nothing has been remedied. I work hard for my money and when I'm on vacation I want to enjoy my vacation with my family not having to worrying about leaking and overflows of water everywhere that I did not cause. I do not want to smell propane throughout my entire vacation. My "brand new" tires have blown out, the washing machine was not installed properly, my sinks are leaking at the bottom of each cabinets. Water leaks consistently from the bottom of the RV. The heating vents in the bathroom and master bedroom do not work. The display panel for the septic tank does not work. The thermostat in the master bedroom does not work. The electric fireplace does not work now. The service associates for both facilities in Jacksonville and Bartow had every excuse as to why they could not come to my RV and fix their xxxx ups! It's funny how they rushed me to purchase this RV, but noone is in a rush to fix anything that I have consistently complained about. And did I tell you this RV was dirty on the inside and outside when I purchased it to include the refrigerator, microwave and stove. There was all kinds of dirt, leaves, and grim within the registers and bathroom. When I tried returning it they told me that FL had some type of law that would not allow me to return this piece of junk. Karma is a xxxxxxxxxxxx and Gander RV in Bartow will reap everything negative that they have put on me from this purchase. They knew this was a piece of xxxx RV.
