"Amazing experience"

We went into this dealership to see if we could get a camper for our family. We had already shopped at campers inn and had a unfavorable experience. Our goa was to find a bunk house that had a front living room for our family to be able to gather together. The selection at camping World was awesome. From the moment we walked in we were greeted immediately and paired up with a very nice sales person “Marina” that listened to everything we wanted before trying to just sell us what ever they had. We got to meet the general manager Jerry that was awesome, and then we were shown 3 different campers that we got to choose between. After everything was explained and we went through the numbers we ended up with a better camper than we ever imagined for payments that were lower than we planed. Just an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Would highly recommend Camping World to everyone that is looking to enjoy the camping experience and lifestyle. We just finished out first camping trip and it was so memorable. Thank you Marina and Jerry and Camping World.

"Bad at worst"

Start by trailer plug for running lights was a foot short then running lights didn't work. Take it out first time open door the latch to hold it open is in wrong spot will never hold open door. Now to move it I will have 8 holes in side of camper biggest hacks I have ever seen. Now they won't return phone calls after you drive off lot

"Nonexistent Service"

We purchased a brand new Thor motorcoach from Camping World Berkley due to their huge selection and our assumption that Camping World stood behind the products they sell. What a mistake that was. The coach is great but as we've seen, things break during the first few thousand miles while it is under warranty. However, Camping World Berkley won't even allow us to schedule a service appointment because they are too backed up.. indefinitely! WHAT? You buy a vehicle for nearly $100,000 and they tell you they won't fix it? Good luck getting any other dealership to touch it, too. SERVICE MATTERS so don't be sucked into the Camping World name and selection like we were. Buy elsewhere... anywhere else!

"Two brand new campers, two leaking roofs"

ZERO STARS. I bought a brand new camper that had a bunch of things missing or broken upon receipt. They said it was covered under warranty ( I Should hope so it's brand new). Then it rained on night and the roof leaked in two places. At this point I had no confidence in this trailer. I asked for a replacement and was finally given one after sitting down with the GM and mentioning Massachusetts Attorney Generals Consumer Advisory Division for defective products. I picked up the new camper months later and it also had numerous issues with initial quality. They had it for two months and didn't even fix half of the stuff they should have. And then it rained and this roof started leaking as well. At this point I just to get a refund as the Heartland Mallard clearly has some issues with their assembly process. They refused and told me to call Heartland. This place is the most disorganized, arrogant, unsympathetic place I have ever dealt with. Hands down the worst. BUYER BEWARE.
