My wife and I bought a camper at this dealership in October 2020. The salesperson was real efficient got us the unit we wanted. When I left the office to go to the bathroom he had my wife sign a for an extended warranty that cost $2,800 and a tire warranty, tire warranty???, for $500. When I was doing my taxes this month I noticed that there was a lot of paperwork missing in the folder. When I called to get copies of missing paperwork I was sent 1 page of documents instead of full documents. It was then that I found those additions. My $11,500 note with all their charges and fees is now a $16,000 note. I cannot cancel the tire warranty and I cannot get a hold of the finance manager to cancel the extended warranty. Always busy or out of the office. Being a salesman myself I feel it was an underhanded way to do business. Also the shower had silicone that needed to be fixed. They promised to repair it. It was such a lousy job that I wound up doing it myself rather than leave the camper there. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. No stars. More

5 Stars to the folks #Campingworldberkley , specifically Robert Cusco. We were in search of a camper and were confident we had found our perfect camper at a competitor. But, I am a Big Fan of #Marcuslemonis Robert Cusco. We were in search of a camper and were confident we had found our perfect camper at a competitor. But, I am a Big Fan of #Marcuslemonis and wasn’t going to make a purchase without visiting Camping World. As we walked in the door I respectfully told Robert that we were pretty sure we were going to finalize a deal with a competitor (did want to tie up his time as I know time is money and respect that very much), but was just here as I think very Highly of Marcus’ way of doing business and wanted to be sure on our decision. Robert immediately understood and respected that, but still spent the time with me and toured and explained everything with a great attitude ,and phenomenal customer service. So much so that we actually are going to forgo one of our biggest wants (washer and dryer in the camper ) to go with a Cougar 364BHL fifth wheel from #CampingWorld . We are looking forward to our orientation this Thursday morning and more importantly enjoying our new camper for great family time for many Years to come. As with many of the review AVOID CAMPING WORLD BERKLEY, MASSACHUSETTS. My parents purchased a Thor Freedom Elite 22HEF on November 29, 2020. As with many of the reviews on this site, they were arrogant, refused to answer phone calls and the receptionist once left my dad on hold and went home. Management is also very elusive. Specifically, they did not fix an electrical issue that rendered the backup camera, radio, and all 12 volt interior systems inoperable. My parents drove to our house in Illinois and had to camp in below freezing Temps in Pennsylvania with no heat on December 10, 2020 because of this un-fixed issue. In desperation, I contacted Camping World in Rockford, Illinois Saturday 12.12.20. They were wonderful, honest, and knew what they were doing. Within 2 hours they found that Camping World, Berkley, Massachusetts had supplied my parents brand new $80,000+ rv with a used battery from 2011. I have photos to prove it. The dead battery was the cause of all the issues and Camping World Berkley was too inept to figure it out and risked my parents safety in the process. More

My family was suffering from the lack of activities we have been able to do as a result of the corona virus. So we decided to venture out and pursue the idea of camping. We are first timers and we were drawn to the idea, however lacked the vast knowledge of what it fully entailed. We went to three different places, Campers Inn, Petes RV's, and then Camping World. We must say there is absolutely leaps and bounds between these dealerships. Campers Inn was a huge disappointment, as there location is awesome however the rest of the dealership is so far from awesome it is amazing they remain open, we will leave the staffs names out of the review as they were NOT at all worth mentioning. Petes was not to much better (so we will leave their names out as well), however Camping World was absolutely light years ahead of the pack. We were greeted promptly and directed to our sales person Lori, who had a ton of knowledge to share with us. She is so pleasant and was able to adapt her conversations to our level, as we clearly did not have the vast knowledge she did, and we definitely bombarded her with countless questions that she was able to answer quit easily. She then introduced us to the General Manager Jerry, who spent a good amount of time speaking with us and going over various concepts and variables. We were informed he is a former pro football player, so we looked him up and found out he is also a world champion arm wrestler, which we found to be unbelievable, as he is such a down to earth gentleman. They had a great selection of inventory to select from as well, where the others seemed to not have much of a selection. If you are contemplating the camping lifestyle we strongly urge you to visit the Berkley Ma location you will not be met by disappointment. Ask for Lori and Jerry, they are certainly a dynamic duo.
