Sales Rep was awesome. Made a great friend on a personal basis. The service for making some slight repairs did good overall but missed a few things and had to come back 3 times before picking up RV. Rick in the Service and Mark in the parts department have been a saving grace on numerous occasions. I would recommend Safford highly for any and all RV concerns. This is the second 5th Wheel Trailer we have purchased from Safford RV. Our Sales rep. Gordon Lewis was very good to work with. My wife had her heart set on a motor home so he started showing us aroun from Safford RV. Our Sales rep. Gordon Lewis was very good to work with. My wife had her heart set on a motor home so he started showing us around. After viewing a number of units my wife realized none would be comfortable for me due to my size. Gordon then showed us through a number of 5 th wheels. He had patience and was very helpful. After the sale I had a concern about the time of delivery. Because of the Safford phone system I kept ending up with automotive people. I finally called Gordon's cell phone knowing it was his day off. He was not upset with the call. He assured me he would have the time changed and it was. He stayed right with us until I was hooked up and drove off. We have been very happy with all personnel we have had contact with. Everone was friendly and helpful. Even the other sales personnel who did not make the sale. Chad (?) helped us with the purchase and paper work. He took the time to assure we understood what we were signing. Bill (?) gave us the walk through, he is very helpful and knowlegable. I wish he could be at my side as I learn all the things about the trailer. We purchased a few items which we needed and were happy with the parts department. With our last trailer we had some problems and the service department was very helpful. Which is one of the reasons we returned to Safford RV. When we took delivery of this unit Mike Traber the service manager assured us he and his people would be there if we need them. I had the opertunity to speak with the man winterizing the unit. He too was friendly and gave more insite into the unit. More

Worked with Gordon trading in our Class A for a Toy Hauler. Ended up with a fifth wheel toy hauler. Best product and prices around. Great people to work with, no pressure and very knowledgeable. Bryan was a knowledgable salesman trying to give us what we wanted. Noah aided by making suggestions on a vehicle that Bryan had mentioned. I called two days before I was due to pick up the Class C. The price should have included these items and a tank of gas. I will be sending them a bill for the gas fill up. The rest I handled. On the whole they were great and I would strongly recommend them.
