My husband took his jeep to the dealership last Wednesday to get new break pads and rotors on his two back tires. First it took them all day to get to jeep and then once we picked up the jeep and was driving to get new break pads and rotors on his two back tires. First it took them all day to get to jeep and then once we picked up the jeep and was driving home, we heard a loud clicking noise coming from one of the back tires. My husband called the dealership the next day, Thursday, and told them about the noise. They told him to bringing the jeep in so they could take a look. While my husband was headed to the dealership, his jeep STOPPED!! We had to get a tow truck to come get the jeep and take it to the dealership. Come to find out when they looked at the jeep, the caliper bolt had came out of the back drive side!! And it was the end of the day so they were not able to work on it Thursday. So they stated that they would work on it frist thing Friday. Well Friday came and we did not hear anything from them. I got off of work @2:00pm and went to the dealership and the jeep was not done. I feel as if that should've been first priority since it was their fault that the bolt came out!!! So they finally work on the jeep, we pick it up. And again headed home, there was more noise coming from the same tire!!! This time it was a scrubbing noise and it was loud!! At that point, my husband and I were very frustrated because we had spent over $600 for a simple service and we had nothing but issues since. This is unacceptable and down right irritating, especially after spending that much money to have the job done right the first time. We will not be going back to this dealership EVER!!! More
