We bought a jeep aug 8th . Signed a contract to make first payment Nov 6th.. find out sept 2nd from stalantis that bill cromm had made a new contract without our knowledge and Signed a contract to make first payment Nov 6th.. find out sept 2nd from stalantis that bill cromm had made a new contract without our knowledge and electronically signed our names to it without our knowledge,on August 10th, changing our first payment date to sept 24th… bill was very rude to us and basically called us liars and has never showed or offered us a copy of the new contract. We are very unhappy with the way this all was handled. I would highly encourage anyone to avoid this company ..I have never heard of a company being able to rewrite a contract. Sign customers names without their knowledge to a new contract. And never let them know.. bill claims he called me and left a message, but realized he had called the wrong number. but wouldn’t you need permission to sign someone’s name thus actually getting into contact with them at the very least.? that is very shady business in my opinion. Still as of sept 17th have not been given the new contract with our unauthorized signatures.. haven’t been offered it or anything…. We are very unpleased with this situation and especially Bill and the way he spoke to us and what he did.. I texted our salesman he forwarded the text to Nelson the manager, he said and no one has so much as called or anything… More
