On Monday July 20, 2009, my wife Brenna and I were looking to trade our 2002 Honda cr-v. We went to Rockingham Honda where we were greeted by Miguel with a friendly smile. He approached us, and ask ho looking to trade our 2002 Honda cr-v. We went to Rockingham Honda where we were greeted by Miguel with a friendly smile. He approached us, and ask how we were doing, and if he could assist us. We explained that we wanted to trade our 2002 Honda cr-v, towards a newer one. We looked at a 2006, and test drove it. Then we went into the office to fill out an application, to only find our payments would go up. Jerry Malone came over and said let me see what I can do for you. He returned and said would you be interested in leasing? Brenna and I discussed it for a few minutes, and I said I will call you on Friday 07/24/09 at 9:00am. We all agreed to this, shook hands and left. My wife and I discussed it some more, and I called Jerry on 07/24, to give him our answer. He said let me get you "approved" and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. Well the phone rang and Jerry said your "approved" and we picked out our new 2009 Honda CR-V over the internet, and picked it up on Saturday 07/25/09. As we entered the showroom, Jerry came over to us shook our hands, and smiled, and said Joe is just finishing up the paperwork, and will be with us shortly. We waited roughly 5 minutes, and were taken to Joe's office, where we were greeted with a friendly smile again. The lot, showroom, and restrooms were clean, and all the employers treated us with respect, kindness, friendliness, positive attitude, and a smile. I bought my Honda CRV EX-L brand new in 2007 when the new model came out and they could not keep them on the lot. Of all of the dealers who responded, Rockingham Honda, was the only one that gave their solicted bids from them to purchase a 2009 Honda AWD CRV-EX. Of all of the dealers who responded, Rockingham Honda, was the only one that gave their lowest best offer on their first quote. The other prices that I received from several others was higher and didnt include everything in their bottom line pricing. I told all of the dealer that I had researched the vehicle and pricing and only give me the best quote that I didnt want a hassle. I ended up purchasing my new vehicle from Rockingham Honda. I appreciate their direct approach to car buying and they didnt waste my valuable time or try to get me for every cent. It is a smaller dealership than compared to others in my area, but they provide much better personal attention, seem very fair and honest which is hard to find these days. Overall they made me feel comfortable, where friendly, courteous, and fair minded auto professionals.
